Sample collection & submission
We accept tissue biopsies in 10% neutral buffered formalin (10× volume of tissue), FNAC samples in saline or as direct smears, EDTA blood for hematology and PCR, and serum for serology and biochemistry. All samples should be labeled with patient name, ID, and collection date.
Report delivery
Reports are delivered by email, WhatsApp, and printed hard copy (on request). Critical/panic values are called immediately to the referring clinician. All reports are signed by Dr. Thigale with his MD (Pathology) credentials.
Turnaround times
- Same day: CBC, ESR, sugar, lipid, LFT, KFT, urine routine
- 24 hours: Thyroid, HbA1c, CRP, dengue, coagulation, electrolytes
- 24–48 hours: PCR, vitamin D, vitamin B12, procalcitonin
- 3–5 days: FNAC, fluid cytology, Pap smear
- 5–7 days: Biopsy (H&E), IHC panels
